Sales tax is 7% only when shipping to Florida.
We use USPS or UPS. We ship to US, Canada, APO/FPO & some countries.
Shipping time in US continental 48 states: 7-14 days,
Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO & International : 10-21 days.

Return Policy:
All of the items are sold unopened and new, otherwise stated. We've been trying our best to satisfy our customers. However, if you're not satisified with your order in some way:
1. Please return the item in unopen condition in 14 days after receiving the item for refund.(30 days for international returns). Please email us before sending the item back.
2. Refund is for real purchasing price with tax if there's any, does not include S&H fee and insurance unless it is our mistake.
3. Please understand that we do not provide any refund without products being sent back.
4. Buyers should be responsible for the return postage unless it is our mistake.
5. For any FREE SHIPPING items, we charge a 30% restocking fee by the purchase price.
